PRE & POST-CARE INSTRUCTIONS | MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

IMPORTANT: MLD treatments cannot be combined with Steam or Sauna services before OR after your session. These heat therapies interfere with the effectiveness of lymphatic drainage.

POST-TREATMENT CARE: Please AVOID all heat exposure for 24-48 hours following your MLD treatment, including hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, heating pads, and intense exercise. Heat can significantly reduce the effectiveness of your treatment and may cause adverse reactions.
