A few things to know:
● Already booked? Any service booked before September 1st, but scheduled for after, will be honored at the current rate, as long as it isn't canceled or rescheduled.
● Monthly Members: current members, or anyone who joins before September 1st, will keep their existing monthly membership rate through December 31, 2026.
● Gift cards: service-specific gift cards will continue to be honored in full through December 31, 2026. Starting January 1, 2027, gift cards apply as their stored dollar value toward current pricing. ~Learn More~

Why are prices increasing?
This is our first pricing adjustment in four years. The cost of doing business has risen substantially, and this change allows us to protect the level of quality, care, and experience The Urban Muse is built on.
How much are prices increasing?
Increases vary by service. Updated pricing will be reflected on our menu closer to September 1st. In the meantime, feel free to reach out and we're happy to answer any questions.
I already have an appointment booked after September 1st. Does this affect me?
No. Any service booked before September 1, even if the appointment date falls after, will be honored at your current rate, as long as it isn't canceled or rescheduled.
I'm a monthly member. Does this affect me?
If you're already a member, or become one before September 1st, your current monthly rate is protected through December 31, 2026.
What happens to my gift card?
Through December 31, 2026, service-specific gift cards are honored in full for that service at no additional charge. Starting January 1, 2027, gift cards apply as their stored dollar value toward current pricing. If you have a light-blue member party gift card, it's honored for that exact service permanently, for as long as it remains on our menu. ~Learn more~
Do I need to do anything before September 1st?
Not unless you'd like to lock in your current rate. You can do this by booking an upcoming service now, or by becoming a member before September 1st.
