Temporary Policy in Effect for January 2026
As we move through January together, we're seeing many in our community navigating seasonal illness. To honor both your wellbeing and that of our team, we've implemented a temporary policy rooted in care and understanding.
When You're Not Feeling Well
If you wake up under the weather, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment rather than push through. During January, we're waiving our standard 24-hour cancellation policy for illness-related changes. No penalty, no stress. Simply let us know, and we'll find a time when you're feeling your best.
If rescheduling isn't possible and you need to cancel, that's perfectly understood. We believe caring for our collective wellness sometimes means honoring what our bodies are asking for.
Please note: If you arrive for your appointment while experiencing symptoms of illness, we may need to kindly reschedule your service to protect both you and our practitioners.
When Our Team Needs to Rest
In that same spirit of mutual care, there may be occasions when we need to reschedule your appointment if your practitioner is unwell. While we know this can be disappointing, this policy allows our team to recover fully and return to serving you with their whole selves.
A Gentle Layer of Protection
You may notice our team wearing masks during your visit. This is a proactive step we're taking to help create the safest, most nurturing space for everyone.
These measures are temporary and will be reassessed at the end of January.
