Spa Minor Policy

Our minors’ policy requires that all persons under the age of 18 must have our Minor Consent Form AND Intake Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian.

• All clients ages 13 - 15 require a Parent or a Guardian to remain in the building.

• For clients ages 16 or 17, if both the client and parent/guardian are comfortable, after signing the consent form, the parent/guardian may initial the form to leave the premises, but must be reachable by cell phone.

• No one under 18 is allowed in the spa unless receiving a service.
