Official Gift Basket Giveaway Rules
The Urban Muse Readers’ Choice Gift Basket Giveaway
1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of New Jersey who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of The Urban Muse and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway period
The giveaway begins on September 15, 2026, and ends at the close of business on November 15, 2026.
All entries must be received by the end of the giveaway period.
4. How to enter
There are two ways to enter.
Complimentary sauna entry
An eligible guest will receive one entry after completing the complimentary 40-minute Readers’ Choice sauna session at The Urban Muse by November 15, 2026.
The READERSCHOICE campaign must be applied to the completed appointment invoice and the invoice must be closed for the entry to qualify.
Booking an appointment alone does not constitute an entry. Cancelled appointments, no-shows, and incomplete services are not eligible.
Free alternate in-store entry
To enter without completing the complimentary sauna session, visit The Urban Muse during regular business hours and complete a free giveaway entry card by November 15, 2026.
The entry card must include the entrant’s:
First and last name
Email address or telephone number
Confirmation that the entrant is at least 18 years old
No purchase or service is required for the alternate entry method.
5. Entry limit
Limit one entry per person for the entire giveaway, regardless of entry method.
A person who completes the complimentary sauna and also submits an alternate entry card will still receive only one entry.
Entries submitted using multiple guest profiles, email addresses, telephone numbers, or identities may be disqualified.
6. Prize
One winner will receive one curated gift basket from The Urban Muse with an approximate retail value of $100.
The prize is not redeemable for cash. The Urban Muse may substitute an item of equal or greater value if an advertised basket item becomes unavailable.
7. Winner selection
One winner will be selected through a random computer drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The drawing will take place on or about November 18, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number associated with the qualifying Zenoti guest profile or alternate entry card.
The winner must respond within five calendar days of the first notification attempt.
If the selected winner:
Cannot be reached
Does not respond within five calendar days
Is found to be ineligible
Declines the prize
The Urban Muse may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.
9. Prize collection
The winner must collect the prize from The Urban Muse during regular business hours by December 5, 2026.
The winner may be required to provide identification confirming eligibility.
Any taxes or expenses associated with accepting the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Privacy
Information collected for the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and maintain the official entry record.
Entering the giveaway does not automatically enroll an entrant in unrelated promotional email or text communications.
11. General conditions
The Urban Muse reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, manipulated, submitted under false information, or otherwise inconsistent with these rules.
The Urban Muse may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, circumstances beyond its control, or other issues materially affect the integrity or operation of the promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Giveaway Rules and the decisions of The Urban Muse, which will be final regarding the administration of the giveaway.
