Meryl will help you shift your mindset of loneliness to feeling connected. Connected back to yourself! EFT tapping, meditation and Salt Therapy will take your self-healing to a whole new level.

In this intimate class, you will be guided through what EFT tapping is and learn how to use it to shift your subconscious to LET GO of LONELINESS. Also, to help integrate a new way of living in your body you will be guided through a meditation while receiving salt therapy. This takes your transformation to a whole new level. You will detox your mind and body at the same time. My hope is through this class you will truly live life with more ease to help create infinite possibilities.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Meryl has been on her own evolution of healing chronic pain and limiting beliefs. For many years she lived life in survival mode and dealt with poor body image, stress, doubts, anxiety and mood swings. It was fear, doubt and unworthiness keeping her from moving forward in life. Always intrigued about her own thought patterns, beliefs and actions led her to becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor and Transformational Life Coach. These studies have given her tools to create self-love and acceptance for herself. She truly has found inner peace and happiness. Her purpose is to share her experiences to assist others in finding their true potential. As she says, “your internal freedom is priceless”!
