Providing service to minors is currently unavaliable

Our minors policy requires that all persons under the age of 18 must have our Minor Consent Form AND Intake Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian.

• The parent/guardian must be in the room for all persons age 13 and younger.

• For ages 16-17 the parent may initial to waive being in the room during the treatment but must remain in the spa/store for the entire service but must be reachable by cell phone.

• No one under 18 is allowed in spa unless receiving a service.
